This original Plein Air oil painting was created on site in early April. The orange tree pollen covered the surface of the water at Shad Landing in Pocomoke River State Park in Maryland and the sky was gray and cold. This calming scene shows a view of the emerging greenery in pale yellow greens and reflections of the sky in the water.
